Matthew Brannon

Matthew Brannon, Founder, Owner, and President of Flight Metrics LLC, leads a premier aviation maintenance company specializing in high-performance, composite, PT6-powered aircraft. With a passion for aviation sparked at age 14, Matthew has dedicated his career to ensuring aircraft perform at their peak. A graduate of the National Aviation Academy, he holds an Airframe and Powerplant License, an Inspector Authorization, and multiple pilot’s licenses, bringing unmatched expertise to every project.

Under Matthew’s leadership, Flight Metrics LLC delivers precision maintenance and innovative solutions, earning trust among owners of high-performance aircraft. His hands-on experience as a pilot and mechanic ensures every service meets the highest safety and performance standards. Thomas

Thomas’s lifelong passion for aviation began at a young age, inspired by the sight of DC-7 tankers flying low over his home. In high school, he learned to fly and continued developing his skills through college, spending summers towing banners along the East Coast. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Physics, he pursued a career in semiconductor manufacturing and ion optics before returning to aviation. He is currently working toward his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification. Thomas brings enthusiasm, technical skill, and a dedication to excellence that strengthen the entire Flight Metrics team.

Manuel

Manuel relocated to Central Oregon as a young man and earned a degree in Electronics Technology, along with multiple certifications in avionics and marine electronics. Since 2007, he has worked exclusively as an avionics technician, building extensive expertise in the field. Flight Metrics values his meticulous attention to detail, unwavering commitment to quality, and easygoing demeanor. Manuel’s expertise and professionalism are essential to delivering the highest standards of service to our clients.

Joshua

Since 2010, Joshua has built a career in aviation specializing in aircraft maintenance and operations, with particular expertise in composite structures and Pratt & Whitney PT6 engines. His extensive hands-on experience in the hangar is complemented by a strong commitment to safety, precision, and efficiency. With over a decade of industry knowledge, he brings exceptional skill and dedication to every aircraft he services, helping maintain Flight Metrics’ reputation for technical excellence.

Hunter

Hunter is an aviation professional with eight years of experience, specializing in the Lancair Evolution. Skilled in maintaining and repairing a variety of aircraft models, he is recognized for his dedication to precision, safety, and quality workmanship. Hunter’s expertise and commitment contribute significantly to Flight Metrics’ tradition of excellence in aircraft maintenance.

Giorgio

Giorgio has over three years of experience as a mechanic and fabricator, specializing in drag cars and custom trucks. A graduate of Wyotech, his curiosity about aviation led him to transition into the field, with goals to expand his expertise and earn his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license. Known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail, Giorgio brings passion for fabrication and mechanical excellence to the Flight Metrics team.

Michael

Michael began his aviation career as an aircraft detailer, developing a sharp eye for the finer points of a polished plane. For the past four years, he has been a key member of the flight support team, gaining extensive hands-on experience in inspections, repairs, and alterations. Driven by passion and a growing interest in mechanical and avionics systems, Michael upholds the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance, contributing to Flight Metrics’ operational excellence.
